NOOGA Taxi came to my rescue after multiple failed attempts w/ Uber to get a ride from Chattanooga airport to the Isha Center in McMinnville. A big shout out to SUZIE for a smooth ride in her clean & spacious car. She is punctual, professional and I was deeply touched by her kindness & thoughtfulness- when I was getting nauseous she stopped the car & had me move to the passenger seat in the front to ease my discomfort! I was happy to arrange my ride back to the airport w/ her. NOOGA sent me confirmation, reminder texts as well as real time updates about my ride. I highly recommend!

awesome. i had to be to work by 5:30am. buses don't run that early here. Jonathan was amazing and the ride was so much cheaper than lyft or uber. i will never use anyone but nooga taxi in the future.

I've been a customer with Nooga Taxi and live 5 miles outside downtown Chattanooga. For all you negative people you should be ashamed for leaving negative reviews for this wonderful company. I use Nooga approximately twice per month and I have never been disappointed whether it's Cedric, Mark, Susie or whomever there has never been an issue. After reading several reviews on multiple platforms, I decided to use Nooga taxi for a late night ride from the shuttle stop in East Ridge to Cleveland. The price was reasonable to me for the convenience. The driver was prompt and professional. He was also friendly and personable. Clean car and good service. Booking was a bit tricky as I had to wait for a call back to make sure that they had a driver for my request, but honestly a great experience!! Will use again!

Nooga Taxi is amazing! Uber canceled our ride last minute with no other available drivers, and we had a flight we could not miss! Nooga Taxi picked us up in less than 30 min and had us to the airport well before our flight! Our driver was professional, kind, and kept in contact with us to make sure everything went smoothly! Excellent service! I needed a very early morning pick-up from a pretty remote area to the airport. I called a few days in advance to book, which was easy and efficient. On the day of my flight, the driver was right on time. I even got a text message alerting me that he was approaching, so I knew exactly when to walk out the front door. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly. We got to the airport at the perfect time, which made for a stress-free morning! The price was very fair, comparable to ride share services, but slightly more reliable. 100% recommend abs will use again!!
