She made me feel super comfortable traveling from the airport to my hotel, at night. So much so I secured a ride back to the airport with Suzi for my return trip home. Nooga is my new go to. Have never had a good Uber experience in Chattanooga. Nooga gave great service for a late night airport pick up. Was there when I landed and vehicle was beyond clean. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Highly recommend Nooga Taxi - Especially our driver, Susie. We stayed in downtown Chattanooga for a wedding. The venue was located about 30 mins away in Chicamauga, where - based on our research and experience once there - you cannot get an Uber. We called ahead and scheduled our pickup, and we were lucky to have Susie assigned to us. She was patient and stuck around in what was kind of a “sketchy” pickup area the first night, calling us ahead of time and then making sure we were able to find her. For the second night, she called ahead of time to confirm, then again when she was on her way, and picked us up and dropped us back at our Airbnb safely. She was lovely to deal with in person and on the phone. Also great driver. 10/10 would call Nooga Taxi again - and would definitely request Susie. Our Uber driver on the way there said the same thing about her (small town where drivers know each other…). Highly recommend, especially if you’re going outside town.

I was very happy with choosing Nooga Taxi. Suzie the driver is a nice person and her car is very clean. I booked her from Chattanooga airport to my hotel and the next day from hotel to Isha Yoga Center in McMinnville. I also booked her for the way back to the airport. She is absolutely reliable and always on time. I would definitely choose her again.

Excellent service! I needed a very early morning pick-up from a pretty remote area to the airport. I called a few days in advance to book, which was easy and efficient. On the day of my flight, the driver was right on time. I even got a text message alerting me that he was approaching, so I knew exactly when to walk out the front door. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly. We got to the airport at the perfect time, which made for a stress-free morning! The price was very fair, comparable to ride share services, but slightly more reliable. 100% recommend abs will use again!!
